This policy explains what personal data Sierra Life for Food Industries ("Sierra Life", "we") handles when you use this website, why, and what choices you have. We aim to handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Who is responsible
Sierra Life for Food Industries, Sudair Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email info@sierra-life.com.

This website has no user accounts, no contact or newsletter forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

We do not ask for health data through this website. Please do not email us medical records, diagnoses or other health details about yourself or anyone else. For advice about a medical condition or a product's suitability, speak to a healthcare professional.
4. Our legal bases
- Your request or consent: answering an email you send us, and loading optional content you have allowed.
- Our legitimate interests: operating the website and protecting it against misuse, where this does not override your rights.
- Legal obligations: where a law or a competent authority requires us to keep or disclose information.

- Google, only if you allow "Maps and external media". Google then acts under its own privacy policy.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we aim to do so only as permitted by the PDPL and its rules on transfers.
7. How long we keep data
We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet record-keeping duties, and then delete them. Choices stored in your browser stay there until you clear them or change them in .
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed about how and why your data is collected;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected;
- ask for data that is no longer needed to be destroyed;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To use any of these rights, email info@sierra-life.com. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority for the PDPL.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults, including parents, carers and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and email is not a secure way to send sensitive information.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالرسائل الإلكترونية للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة استفسارك والوفاء بمتطلبات حفظ السجلات، ثم نحذفها. تبقى الاختيارات المخزّنة في متصفحك إلى أن تمسحها أو تغيّرها من .
8. حقوقك
يكفل لك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الحق في:
- العلم بكيفية جمع بياناتك وسبب جمعها؛
- الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية والحصول على نسخة منها؛
- طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة؛
- طلب إتلاف البيانات التي انتهت الحاجة إليها؛
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في ما تم قبل السحب.

9. الأطفال
هذا الموقع موجّه للبالغين، ومنهم الآباء ومقدمو الرعاية والمختصون في الرعاية الصحية. لا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.
10. الأمان
نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات الشخصية. لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي موقع بشكل كامل، والبريد الإلكتروني ليس وسيلة آمنة لإرسال المعلومات الحساسة.
