These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Sierra Life for Food Industries ("Sierra Life", "we"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What this website is for
The website gives general information about Sierra Life and its products. It is not an online shop: you cannot order or pay for products here.
2. Health information disclaimer
The information on this website is not medical advice. It does not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a doctor, dietitian, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
- Many products shown are foods for special medical purposes. They must be used under medical supervision and only as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Do not start, stop or change any feeding, diet or treatment because of something you read here. Ask a healthcare professional first.
- Breastfeeding is best for infants. Infant formula and specialised infant products should be used only on the advice of a healthcare professional.
- Always read the label on the pack. If the pack and this website differ, follow the pack and the advice of your healthcare professional. Ingredients, nutritional values and allergen information can change.

3. Automated and AI tools
This website does not currently include a chatbot or AI assistant. If we add one:
- its answers will be generated automatically, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not medical advice;
- do not enter personal information or medical information about yourself or anyone else;

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. Product ranges, pack sizes and availability may change and may differ by country.
5. Our content
The text, images, logos and brand names on this website belong to Sierra Life or to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content or trademarks commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or using automated tools to copy large parts of it.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to or show content from other companies, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدامك لهذا الموقع الذي تديره شركة سييرا لايف للصناعات الغذائية («سييرا لايف»، «نحن»). باستخدامك للموقع فإنك توافق عليها. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. الغرض من الموقع
يقدّم الموقع معلومات عامة عن سييرا لايف ومنتجاتها. وهو ليس متجرًا إلكترونيًا: لا يمكن طلب المنتجات أو الدفع من خلاله.
2. إخلاء المسؤولية عن المعلومات الصحية
المعلومات الواردة في هذا الموقع ليست نصيحة طبية. ولا تغني عن مشورة أو تشخيص أو علاج الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية أو الصيدلي أو أي مختص مؤهل في الرعاية الصحية.
- كثير من المنتجات المعروضة أغذية ذات أغراض طبية خاصة، ويجب استخدامها تحت إشراف طبي ووفق توجيهات مختص في الرعاية الصحية فقط.
- لا تبدأ أو توقف أو تغيّر أي تغذية أو حمية أو علاج بناءً على ما تقرؤه هنا. استشر مختصًا في الرعاية الصحية أولًا.
- الرضاعة الطبيعية هي الأفضل للرضّع. يُستخدم حليب الرضّع والمنتجات المتخصصة للرضّع بناءً على مشورة مختص في الرعاية الصحية فقط.
- اقرأ دائمًا الملصق على العبوة. إذا اختلفت العبوة عن هذا الموقع فاتبع ما على العبوة ومشورة المختص. قد تتغير المكونات والقيم الغذائية ومعلومات مسببات الحساسية.

3. الأدوات الآلية وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي
لا يتضمن هذا الموقع حاليًا روبوت محادثة أو مساعدًا يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وإذا أضفنا ذلك:
- فإن إجاباته تُنشأ آليًا، وقد تكون خاطئة أو ناقصة، وليست نصيحة طبية؛

نحرص على أن يكون الموقع دقيقًا ومحدّثًا، لكننا لا نضمن اكتماله أو خلوّه من الأخطاء. قد تتغير تشكيلة المنتجات وأحجام العبوات ومدى توفرها، وقد تختلف من بلد إلى آخر.
5. المحتوى
النصوص والصور والشعارات والأسماء التجارية في هذا الموقع مملوكة لسييرا لايف أو لأصحابها. يمكنك عرض الصفحات وطباعتها لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. لا يجوز نسخ محتوانا أو علاماتنا التجارية أو إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي منا.
